No Service at all!!!

I received a call from Elite Mobile offering me a laptop contract. A few days later I called in again to confirm my order and I was advised that my deal has been sent for resale and that an sales consultant will contact me.

It has now been more than a week and no response from elite mobile!!!

I even called in today to try and find out what is going on and still no meaningful and helpful response at all.

I am at my wits end because I do not know what to do just to get assisted correctly.

I hope someone reads this and can help me PLEASE!!!!!
