No reply received to cancel membership and d/o

I have an email from Elite Mobile dated May 2006 that they received my order with reference number EM21334-0. I cannot remember what I ordered, but trying in vain to cancel this contract / membership. (My current cellphone contract has been renewed 3 times and that is with Cell C directly)<br> The latest debit order deduction from my bank account was on 30/04/2015 for R199 with reference: Club: Em-21334-1<br> This is not a monthly deduction.<br> I would like to know for what I have been paying the last 9 years, and how to cancel. <br> I would also insist on a refund on the amount deducted in 2015, as I did send cancellation emails in 2014.
