No Phone , network disconnected

BBM & network disconnected for over a month, have spoken to numerous people who take my number & say we will get back to you, no one ever calls back. One person said they had a problem with BBM & it would be sorted by the 7th when I called on the 7th I was told we are offline & that was the of that. Today they say they will call me back, hahahaha!!! I have heard that before, oh & she had the cheek to ask me if my account was up to date , so now are they going start blaming me or stalling me while they check my account, I have had it<br> Disgusting service, ****************!!!
