No interest in customer needs, it's just about making a sale

Complete Joke, after canceling my product due to poor communication on the specs of the product. After canceling the order and received a confirmation that's its canceled, I receive a call from 031 number from elite mobile asking why I am canceling the product. they still delivered the product to my address 5 days later . My contact details has been updated with elite mobile and still they can't get it right to save my updated information. When calling them back for the 3rd time, I get laughed at. I can't see that there is any serious approach with this business.
