No Handset received and my money is taken
<p>Good day. Please help me identify this ******s called Elite Mobile... This is the second month now they taking money from my bank account even though I did not qualify for their handset due to my credit status. There is a thing called HotSpotter that charges me even if I dnt know or never used anything of that nature whatsoever.... Please help me cut ties with this cruel unknown people.</p>

...although you guys just took my money today again... The agreement was that I am goin to use Hotspotter when I receive a new handset that didn't come through, why didn't you cancel everything since the handset matter failed? I now need my money back because I never used your whatevers....
