Last week one of the agents called me for a Tablet. I ordered one and she told me that I will receive an sms and/or email to confirm all the details. The next day I called the call center to find out - because I haven't receive any Info. They gave me an order number and told me that it will take another day. I called again the next day - still nothing. If that is the kind of service at the purchase how bad will it be after I've received and paid? I decided to cancel the order. I ordered a new tablet from another company - and am still unable to do anything because the cancellation was still not completed by Elite mobile after they told me it was done on Thursday. I called again on Friday then only did they tell me it will take 24-48 hours. FRUSTRATED!!
