no delivery Bad call centre work
I have completed a contract over the phone 7 December for a tablet and nothing has been delivered like the said in 5 to 10 working days, this is now a month 7 January and no progress has been done yet, no one has phoned me like they promised and if i ask for a supervisor they disconnected the phone call, or that where is no supervisor on there floor very very bad services Vodacom Elite is the worst company i ever work with
