NO CUSTORMER SERVICE

Worst service ever !!!! Promise to phone back but never does! Phone upgrade was cancelled on 25 February. Since then I have being phoning asking when RAM will pick up this parcel....... I also would like to know if VODACOM is aware how you treat customers which has being with them for 20 years and longer!
