no compliment from me

Finally my BIS is activated today after 2 and a half weeks and i really wanted to say thank you , if it wasn't for the consultant i spoke to yesterday you would get a thank you.<br> <br> just because we did not get any updates as to when NETWORK WILL BE WORKING i phoned every second day just to get an update . everyone was friendly except for the one yesterday , he wouldn't even give me his name so unfortunately i cant make i viral. im the customer and you will help me not the other way around , he didn't give me chance to speak and was soooo rude. i said to him this was the last straw and i want my contract cancelled, and he said tomorrow when i wake up i will still have this contract and it will never be cancelled no matter what i do. well i will get my way some how because if its not bad service its bad attitude.and im sick and tired of complaining and looking like the bad guy here. hope this finds you well. once again SICK AND TIRED OF COMPLAINING !!!!!!
