Nightmare ********** service

I don't know where to begin,if had an option I wouldn't give Elite Mobile Any rating stars as their service is the most terrifying and terrible I have ever received.

Two weeks ago on the 10 of March 2020 a consultant from Elite Mobile contacted me offering me a Laptop Vodacom deal that is inclusive of a Router which will include 20 gigs data all for R199 per month.i kept on asking if there nothing that was going to be added he assured it only cost R199. since the agent mentioned that the calls are recorded I took his word.it turns out that that it included R159 for showmax and another R59 for some other service.so in total it would be R417 more or less the agent did not mention anything about the extras.

So at the end of the call everything was concluded and I was advised my laptop and router would be delivered within 7 working days.

To my surprise after 2 days on the 12 of March 2020 the courier company delivered a parcel from Elite Mobile.only to find out that they had delivered a Cellphone hauwei Y5 lite I already have two phones and I did not consent for a Cellphone contract . That to me is considered as ***** and very misleading.

I called Elite Mobile to find out what is going why a Cellphone that I did authorise was delivered to me.the agent told me that my laptop contract was declined,so I asked who then gave consent to send me a phone Instead without confirming with me,I asked why the consultant did not tell me that the laptop deal was not approved.

Elite Mobile 1stly committed ***** by delivering a product I know nothing about,they ****med me so badly I felt very frustrated.i have no clue of the billing and I did not agree to a Cellphone contract. The consultant told me that she had requested for the couriers company to come and pick up the wrong product delivered and that it would take 7-14 days for the company to come and pick up the parcel and then cancel the contract with Vodacom.

Vodacom is now billing for a contract I never agreed to,they even tried debit my account 4 days after the phone was delivered.i had chosen the 31st to be my payment date but here they are trying to take money for a contract I never agreed to.

The Parcel is still concealed, I'm tired of trying to call or email Elite Mobile to come and collect their product but they don't care or seem interested that they are ******** innocent people, making them take on a debt they did not agree to.

It took them 2 days to deliver a product I didn't ask and now they are dragging their feet when they by to fix the problem.

I need them to arrange for someone to collect their cellphone and cancel their contract.
