New Data Contract/Deal

<p>This complaint/issue is regarding my wife Lauren Smith. She was called about 2 months ago by a person from Elite Mobile who said he was the sales manager. He offered her the Vodacom Tablet which includes a bluetooth keyboard free on a Hybrid/Topup Mofaya 5Gig package @R269 p/m.</p> <p> </p> <p>She advised him he contact me to discuss the details of the deal as she was busy, he did call me and i said sounds good but as the deal is under her name she would need to give the go ahead. A few days later he called again and said that specific deal or handset was no longer available and tried to sell or offer a router in its place, i said we dont need it. He then called my wife back and said he would try and get the first deal and handset for her.</p> <p> </p> <p>We did not receive any further calls until 2weeks ago when numerous sms's were received from Vodacom stating they have credit vetted my wife and deal has been processed. Two days ago RAM couriers delivered the a parcel from Vodacom to my wife. We have since discovered it is not the original handset and the sim card/deal active his in fact a voice package Vodacom Flexi 110.</p> <p> </p> <p>We no longer want this handset or deal and any suggestions from Elite Mobile. We would like the deal cancelled and handset collected.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife can be contacted as she is the contract holder.
