Never ever accept phone call deals - which I didn't and they claim I did

Extremely disappointed in how this company operates. They will phone you under the guise that they are trying to help you save money and that they represent Vodacom, neither are true. I have opened a case with them as they ******* me into a contract back in May and now I am being told I can't cancel it. Was told I was getting a free phone and a cheaper contract when in reality they were upgrading my contract to a worse phone than the one I had. Now I am stuck in a long contract that I did not want.

**** artists - the legality of this should be changed. Never answer phone calls from them as they will use your confusion against you and make false promises, next thing you know you're tied into a contract you did not want. Ridiculous. Vodacom should not allow this - based on that alone I will probably be cancelling my Vodacom contract as well
