Never deal with them at all costs make sure you don’t deal with them . They make you regret the cellphone being invented ! They will leave you pulling your hair .

I called Vodacom direct to perform an upgrade , received my device, but when I looked at my bill i am being charged 1350 instead of 950 which I was told I would be charged only 950 after querying it I found out that my upgrade was done by elite mobile . My god that’s when the trouble started after countless calls for over one month reference number after reference number spending hours on the phone they have not called me back , not resolved my query . They promise they will call you but they haven’t , they are useless , their name deserves to be dragged through the mud I encourage all customers to make sure they don’t use elite mobile. my god they a bad . Twitter , Facebook insta here I come. Elite mobile is the most *********** company to deal with , they deserve to loose all their ongoing revenue , they deserve to be punished for their level of service . They deserve to removed from Vodacom’s partner companies , my god they are horrible !!!
