Never deal with Elite Mobile when they call you on behalf of Vodacom. They are *****sters.
Never deal with Elite Mobile when they call you on behalf of Vodacom. They are *****sters. The phoned me, saying that they are reducung my premium because I am paying to much. I specifically said that I do not want to extend my contract because I have reception problems with Vodacom. They said that this is not a contract renewal or extension but just a reduced subsription and as a cortesy gift they are giving me free WIFI speakers.When I got my Vodacom statement, they have indeed extended my contract for 4 years and I am paying double. They *****ters and Vodacom should take responsibility for using them as partners.

07 Nov 2024, 09:59Elite Mobile followed up on this issue, phoning me 4 days ago. The where very apologetic and ensured me that they will rectify this and send a Courier to collect the devices that they wrongly delivered. However, today is day number 4 and the Courier has not pitched. I have read on this forum that they did the same with other people. Very apologetic, but that is where it stops.
