Never called Back
I was interested in taking out a new contract. The online application is not user friendly. I had someone from Elite helping me, but then after a huge struggle he advised that he will get someone from the sales to contact me. It has been weeks! and the package i wanted is no longer available! BAD BAD SERVICE ELITE!!!!
