Need permission from my husband apparently?

My husband was just contacted by Elite Mobile obo Vodacom to find out if I would like a contract. Fact- I have one, which I sign and pay for myself Fact- I am not married in community Fact- I gave no permission to share my details to any company How dare they presume my husband would make that decision. I am utterly horrified by this and demand that my details and his be removed and frankly, an apology issued at the assumption that a woman can't make their own decisions. I will also be calling Vodacom to inveatigate why this company has my details!
