Need feedback
I reported a complaint on 14.09.2015 and I received a phone call on that same day and the lady that contacted me had a pleasant attitude and requested bank statements from me. I did take time to send my bank statements through but I eventually did send them to [Email Removed] and marked it attention Andries. I am know awaiting feedback and just wanted to know of the progress and what is happening and if there is anything further required from me. Thank you.
