MY MONEY OR THE PHONE (BULL****)

This guys promised me a phone in November 2020 till to-date I haven't received anything, now they have debited my money in December without giving me the phone that I've app**** for, this people are BULL****, rather they give me my phone or they give me my money back. I don't know why they promote and promised people that they will deliver but they **** them. What is ****ed me off is that they debited my money without giving me the phone, people please watch out of this Elite Mobile they are ********
