I was contacted by Vukani this morning (16/10/2015 @ 10:13am) to offer me a tablet package, with my hesitance of providing my personal information I was then transferred to his supervisor Vanessa, who made no attempt to ease my concerns but just wanted to further the sale.<br> At the end of the interaction Vanessa advised me that I would receive an email confirming my deal when I specifically instructed her that I DO NOT WANT THE VALUE ADDED SERVICES, and she confirmed with me that my TOTAL DEBIT ORDER will amount to ONLY R99. Imagine my surprise when the email confirmation I received includes the (telephonically declined) \Value Added Services"now totalling my debit order amount to R236!
