Money theft

My experience with elite mobile is totally awful. I had a contract for a portable wifi modem, and the never recieved it. They never called me to tell me the delivery was canceled. Every month a debit went down. When i called to cancel the contract, they agreed. Still the debit went down and every week i called to ask about my money reversal, and every time they had a new excuse. And now they said after 5 months the cancelation of my acount was complete even though they said it was canceled in feb. So actually they stole my money.

So to anyone wanting to use elite mobile, don't. They give you false promises and just take your money.
