Money taken from Bank Account without my consent

Hi there<br> <br> I was contacted a over a week ago by a call centre agent , whom offered me a Vodacom Tablet at R79.00 a month , I agreed to take the tablet only , i did not agree to take any additional services that he tried selling to me .this i have made clear to him.A few days later i received a sms saying that my application was unsuccessful , to my surprise money for that services was deducted from my bank account.Really that is ***** ,how many people do they do this to.Further more when i called them they could not tell me who the person was and that they cancelled the so called services that was on my account . and gave me 3 different numbers to call so i can cancel that services there as well.a TOTAL AMOUNT OF R137 was deducted from my account .i need this money back please <br> <br>
