Money deducted for services

<p>On the 24 of January i was contacted by Elite Mobile offering me a tablet deal with Vodacom, and 4 other offerings linked to this offer the next day i received sms's to say that the offerings were activated and then i received an sms to say that the tablet offering was not approved. At the end of the month all 4 offerings were deducted to the value of R198. When i called Elite Mobile today i was nicely told that the offerings were not linked to the tablet deal hence the deduction, when i asked that the offerings be cancelled with immediate effect and then to reverse my R198 as i did not use the product as i believed it was all linked to the tablet deal that was not approved, i was told that they will cancel it but i can not get my hardearned money back as they are not linked and this was explained to me...THIS WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME...All Elite Mobile care about is getting money and they dont care how they get it! How a brand like Vodacom aligns themselves to Elite is mind boggling! SHOCKING!</p>
