Misrepresentation by Elite Mobile

They are giving misinformation and lying when they want you to upgrade a contract. They also does not follow the POPI act. When you try to contact them they are never available. This lady phoned me with all my details and then blatantly lie to me when I asked her certain questions with regards to the upgrade she has offered. As of yet I have not received any correspondence from them WRT the apparently now order. I spoke to Vodacom and they confirmed that the information given to was not true. They also confirmed that this is not a Vodacom company but only sell Vodacom products. So according to the POPI act they should not have or use my details. I have send them correspondence over email now for immediate cancelation of the order as they don't answer their phones. lets see what they have to say for themselves.
