Misleading people and bad service

Im struggling since teusday to get a contract cancelled Everytime the system is of Then they say they will phone my mother then they dont phone

This service is pathetic I want the contract to be cancelled with immediate effect and the phone to be collected from her

Your company misleaded a sick old lady into upgrading . Now you are not allowing me to cancell the cintract on her behalf. She cannot make rassional decissions You are taking advantage of old funrable people
