Misleading information

They don't even deserve that star, someone called me i. JUNE to migrate my contract told me it would be extra by R20 I was fine but when they asked for bank statements and soon after that receian sms which was a **** had to block my debit card I ended up not sending my bank statements . Last month 20 July a guy called me told me he will migrate my contract to data and minutes since i had unused sms and this time it will be cheaper by R20 was like awesome.he tried to convince me to change other contracts but i refused thank God I did cause my bill has actually gone up by R100 ,a whole R100.Ive never had problems with vodacom but these guys are messing it up . Very disappointed. I dont think i will renew any of my contracts with vodacom.
