Misleading Elite mobile

better English i was called at 14h01 by elite mobile. I was informed about my RED VIP contract coming to an end and was firstly informed the wrong date and that it will be cancelled to a new contract if i did not renew. i was offered an iPhone at a certain amount stating that i will get this for R2779 per month with the contract. I did not want this and kept refusing as i bought the latest S24 ultra cash and only wanted my VIP contract renewed. The misleading sentences happened and i asked pertinent questions to Mr. Hegeshen Pillay about the reduction. I was told after one month there will be a redocument as per vodacom. Eventually i agreed on a laptop instead of a iPhone and pertinent asking him about the monthly payments. After the phone call of 1 hour ,4 min i received an SMS of the actual amount which i declined. On phoning Vodacom i was told that my number of 20 years will not be able to phone and only be used in a modem. This is absolutely *****. All the elements of *****.. Elite mobile makes money and none of my clients in my business cant get hold of me. i definitely want to take this matter further as i could only imagined what would've happened to my business i did not phone Vodacom. All there calls is apparently recorded which i started recording on my laptop but only half an hour later during the conversation. if i can take this matter ********ly i will, or ombudsman, carte blanch or civil this is absolutely unacceptable. This company is sitting with more than my data and addresses which is misleading to Vodacom customers trying to mislead people. This is an absolute ****.
