Misleading, dishonesty and harassment by Elite mobile

A salesman (Username WoodV001) contacted my wife with regards to my cellphone contract which was due to expire at the end of June 2024. The sales person informed my wife that we are paying a high price for my contract and that he can lower the amount. She informed him that we are not interested in an upgrade and that I would oversees and thus don't make use of the contact much. WoodV001 then changed his story by informing my wife that I have a high data usage - 1) this was the first misleading and untrue statement as my contract is not activated for roaming and I have a contract oversee's 2) My wife then, asked him multiple times on a recorded line should she agree to the change will well be able to cancal the contract at any given time as the contract is due to expire in June 2024. 3) WoodV001 replies multiple times in a recored line "Yes" we can cancel at anytime. I have tried to contact elite mobile multiple times but their contact numbers do not work. They have been a constant harassment with continues phone calls to upgrade my contact line with multiple requests "No". We are in the process if having the contract reversed as User WoodV001 was untruthful and therefore in breach of contract.
