Misleading consultants and no Refund as yet

Elite Mobile Agent misled me into thinking that I am getting a deal in a migration but it turned out to incorrect, I spoke to Charlene in your call center and after checking the recordings it was found that the agent gave me the incorrect information and now I have been waiting for my refund for more than a month. I was told on the 4th May my payment was loaded and up until today on the 12/06, I still have not received any payment and every time I call to speak to Charlene to get an update she is never available and does not call me back.

I just want my money back, and I'm tired of the run around
