Misleading Advertising by Elite Mobile and Vodacom

DON'T TRUST ELITE MOBILE AND VODACOM!!!<br> <br> I received a call centre agent of Elite Mobile claiming to represent Vodacom. He offered me a free upgrade to various links which he mentioned was free to valued Vodacom subscribers. The agent was very insistent that the added benefits were completely free of charges to Vodacom's valued clients. The agent continuously mumbled some terms and at each time I asked him to repeatedly to confirmed that I will not be charged for these additional services. <br> <br> I however noticed that from February to April 2015 there has been membership fee of R457.00 from various links being deducted from my account. I had called Elite Mobile on 2 separate occasions and spoke to Bonnie who assured me that the refund will be made to my account within 72 hours. It is now almost a month later and I have still not received my money back!!! I want my refund
