Misleaders

They misled me. They ******* me by saying that I must take their cellphone contract and it will come with some packages with no added costs. By the time I had to approve the debit order the agent pressured me to quickly approve the debit order because it will cancel if I don’t do so. So I approved it only to find out it is more than what we agreed on. I did not mind that though because I was more interested on the device. Only to find out on Month end the device did not get delivered and the debit order was deducted. I called them they said that I already have a contract with Vodacom so my cellphone deal was declined. When I asked why did they deduct the money they said that the money was deducted based on other subscriptions that I agreed on. I did not want to argue with them I just told them to cancel everything because I was not even sure about the subscriptions they were telling me about. Please think thoroughly before accepting anything from these people.
