Lying to make sales

Very frustrated!!! Ram**** from Elite Mobile. Firstly you told me that you are phoning from Vodacom Upgrades, which was a complete lie, secondly you told me that you had the phone I wanted in stock, which was your second lie. I specifically asked if the phone was in stock and you said that you would be able to deliver before a certain date and you promised that it would not be a problem.

Now I can not upgrade my line elsewhere because you have already processed the application, I phoned Elite Mobile to cancel the upgrade, they said it would take 48 hours, it is now 72 hours and it has still not been cancelled.

Please contact me ASAP to resolve this
