Lies, Lies

I am apalled at the shoddy service from Elite Mobile. I was called by an agent on 2 March 2017 advising me that they are calling on behalf of Vodacom to help me with my upgrade. I was assisted by Feroz (not sure of spelling), and was forwarded an order. I was advised that within 5 days, I would receive my order. I was even assisted to remove value added services on my order, and advised I with get my order in 5 days. I called Elite several times from the 6th to 9th March to enquire what happened to my order. I was told they offline and they took my details down. I was then called by an agent on 9 March, who advised me that the order was never processed and doesn't exist. Can they now help me with this order and process this order for me. I was very upset and told him that it is not necessary. He then asked his supervisor, Ms. Naidoo, to speak to me, who told me it is not on their system, and they can assist me with it now. I told her I was no longer interested, and would rather go into Vodacom myself and do it.

Imagine my surprise when I get a delivery today. This for an order that was non-existent last week. I call Elite Mobile and speak to Samkelisiwe Mkhwa****, who advises me that their agent Nomfundo Nzimande, called me at 9:15am on Friday, March 10, 2017, to confirm my order. She then advises me that she has no idea who Ms Naidoo is, that I spoke to previously. They don't have a Ms. Naidoo there.

I get a call from Nomfundo Nzimande, who insists she spoke to me and recalls our conversation and makes out that I am lying that I never spoke to her. I ask her for the recording of our conversation from Friday at 9:15am. She calls me back and says she made a mistake, she never spoke to me, it was another client and she incorrectly entered it under my profile. She does not know who she spoke to on Friday.

Elite Mobile is **********. I was told that even if I was told the order wasn't processed, and wasn't existing, and even if she called the wrong person last week, I still had to pay the admin fee. She then tells me that if the order wasn't in existence, how was it suddenly pocessed on Friday. This was after she called the wrong person and confirmed an order, under my profile.

I asked Nomfundo why Elite lies to customers about their efficent service and guarantees delievery within 5 days. She says they are forced to say this.Vodacom forces them to say this as they are provided a script from Vodacom, and merely read straigh off the script. They actually have no idea how long it will take for clients to get their orders. Vodacom is responsible for that, they are not responsible for service beyond reading the script Vodacom makes them read.

Elite is taking people for a ride. They have poorly educated and qualified agents, that are misinforming clients and lying to them. This is **********. Lies, lies and just more lies.
