Laptop Deal ****

My mother signed a contract for a laptop deal which she was assessed for as per her credit score, and she qualified. This was in November 2020. In December 2020 she was billed, however the laptop was not yet delivered. Upon her enquiring with Elite Mobile, she was sent automated emails everyday day, round about the same Time. These didn't say much other than 'we are looking into your issue and we'll be in contact with you soon.' To my surprise, only when I emailed back and stated that I will take this matter to Hello Peter did one of their agents call my mom.

Not sure how that conversation went, but I was informed by my mother that she's advised that she no longer qualifies for the deal, therefore, a lower package and less costing laptop will be sent to her. As per the agent assisting her, my mother needed to call headquarters to cancel her contract. Shortly after I emailed back, they sent an email stating that her contract is now canceled.

My concerns: 1. She was billed for a laptop she did not receive 2. She was sent automated emails daily with no call 3. She's then told that she no longer qualifies, after she's been billed 4. She's told to call headquarters, why couldn't the agent transfer her. She's not at fault here 5. Her contract is canceled without her consent 6. She's billed for something she's not in possession of, will they reimburse her? This too is not communicated
