LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAILS

Very bad service and with no attention to details. My cell and router upgrade have both come through with two routers and no cell phone. Much better to go into the store to upgrade than speaking to a call center AGENT for 50 minutes and the incorrect items are delivered.
