Is this a **** to de***** elders?

My aunt received a call from this company offering her a cellphone contract that was too good to resist. The order was processed and confirmation was sent that the order will be delivered by RAM couriers. Its been almost two weeks now she keeps receiving sms that the order is on the way and no one shows up only a VW Golf with **** looking like men saying things that we do not understand. Now again, my aunt received another sms saying the order will be delivered on Thursday which was yesterday (02-07) but the sms came in today (03-07). Whenever we call the company people keep switching phones and she does not get to an explanation for this. I tried tracking the order on both Elite mobile and Ram couriers but the number does not seem to exist, We demand a response and we want to cancel this order as now we do not trust this company!
