Is this a ****, mislead information or what?

<p>I'm not sure what is up with this so called mobile telecommunication company, according to me this company isn't legit and **** people, I’m not really sure right now, even though Vodacom apparently recognize this company, and use them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was contacted last month by them, renewing my cellphone via telecommunication, there was said no fees are charged and they will extend the contract for another 24 months, and my installment would be less.</p> <p> </p> <p>This month I was charged an extra R150, a so called once off fee, but i never agreed to this whatsoever and was under the impression that my installment would only decrease, but didn't. I’M WAS NEVER AWARE and was falsely mislead by a lack of communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm waiting for response from them but no communication have been done yet, only said that query was solved via computerized system and closed .I then made a new query AND are still waiting response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this a ****, mislead information or what?</p>
