Invoiced for things I didn't agree to
I was contacted by Simphiwe Nxumna on Friday 18/03/2016 with an offer for a router and 1Gig of data for R99. I agreed to that. When she mentioned additional services I asked what those were and the consultant assured me that it was only R99 with no additional fees. <br> <br> I then received an invoice with additional services of RescueBox Monthly for R49, SafetyBox Premium for R49 and Society for R49. I explicitly mentioned that I did NOT want these add on's. <br> <br> My order number is EM-***- which I want cancelled with immediate effect. Please do not even send me the router. <br>
