Incorrectly cut my cell phone number off

Elite Mobile blocked my phone no numbers coming in or out, due to none payment, when I had a look on my bank account their double payment went off, so why they cut my phone, I have been trying to get them to assist me for the last 5 days, they cut my phone on Friday only to find out that they not open on weekends (That department), to which I emailed my bank statement showing they did get the money and after 2 days they tell me they have not yet received my email, I tried to fax and the number they have given me always has the report (NO ANSWER) <br> <br> I cant believe this I have sat with no phone for over 5 days now and I must add the lady in the call centre is quite rude.
