<p>I got a call from elite mobile to upgrade my Vodacom contract. The agent ( chantell) sold me the P9 lite with dual simple card but to my surprise when the order came the phone took one sim card. Emailed elite mobile immediately but I only got a ticket number from them. </p> <p>I contacted their customer care and spoke to a very rude lady by the name of samkelisiwe and she just told me that the agents checks the features of the phone at gmsarena.com. I had to cancel everything because she advised me that it will take longer to pull out the recordings of that sales call.</p>
