I had an upgrade due and elite mobile contacted me and told me they can offer me an upgrade and it will continue as my current service provider so i can still use my existing number. All these sales employees care about is making commission and nothing that was offered to me was true. I am now sitting with a new contract from them not linked to my current contract and number. Really poor service. I will not recommend this service to anyone. I have tried resolving the issue but non of their consultants at the call centre, service centre, accounts department are able to help me, the response I get is I dont know. Useless. And I am not the first person to experience this apparently
