*******ly added products after saying NO
Today i was contacted by the Call Centre of Elite Mobile and i agreed to select one of Vodacom's products from them. After deliberately saying NO over the phone for additional products such as Hotspotter and Kintel she added it to the contract and i received emails from these products stating they will deduct the fees!! I am enraged that i was disrespected and deliberately taken advantage of even after clearly stating NO on a RECORDED call. I will be finding out which legal steps i can take to correct the situation!!
