******* Debit Orders

I purchased a 24 month 1Gb per month data contract from yourselves in November 2015 and received a Vodacom 3G 7 inch tab as part of the deal. On the 20th of November 2015 my bank account was debited with 4 separate debits, totaling R189, each one related to one of your 'additional' services. . As I DID NOT agree to the use of nor your debiting of my bank account for any of these 4 services I called your call centre at ***on 9 December 2015 and spoke to Angelique. I told her that I wanted the services cancelled so that no further debit orders are processed and a refund for the 4 ******* debits already processed. Angelique told me that she has to follow a company process whereby they would review the recording of the tele-sales conversation after which they would decide what to do. I received no feedback thereafter, so ton 18 Dec I called Angelique myself. Angelique advised that the feedback was that I would be refunded, but that the refund can only happen in January as your Finance Department is on leave. Unacceptable. I want my data contract cancelled and nothing further to do with Elite Mobile. I expect a written confirmation of the cancellation.
