******* debit order
On 20 October 2015 I was notified via sms that my application for a new device with Elite Mobile was unsuccessful. A couple of days later I received a phone call from Elite Mobile to advise me that they would like to activate my value added services. I was clear when I declined the activation as these were linked to the declined application for a new device. After making myself clear on my reason for declining the value added services the operator told me that the services will not be activated.

This morning, 21 November 2015, I received a notification from my bank advising me of a debit order to the value of R49 that went off against my account with Ref EM***-2. Twice I tried calling Elite Mobile immediately after receiving this notification on the number supp**** by their sms ***) only to go through the processes of the electronic answering service and be cut off. I am very annoyed at this stage and request this debit order be reversed immediately and cancelled.

JP Gouws
