I WAS MISLED 😭😭😭

I ordered a dual Sim card device and the agent misled me and confirmed to me that I will receive a dual Sim card device, however I recieved a single Sim device. I called on the very same day of delivery(16 February 2022) and canceled the contract and I was given a reference number and told that RAM courier will collect the device within 7 to 14 days and the contract will be canceled as soon as Vodacom receives the device. Today its the 08th of March and the device has not been collected. I call elite Mobile almost every day to follow up but they keep on telling one and the same thing "we have put you in the spreadsheet ram will collect the device in the next 2 days or so" I AM TIRED AND FRUSTRATED I WANT TO MOVE ON AND BUY A NEW CONTRACT PHONE WITH A RELIABLE AND HONEST COMPANY. PLEASE COLLECT YOUR DEVICE AND CANCEL THE CONTRACT. YOUR AGENT MISLED ME AND MADE ME EVEN WHEN I CALLED BACK TO VERIFY THAT I ORDERED A DUAL SIM SHE CONFIRMED SAME. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED I REGRET EVEN ANSWERING YOUR CALL (TELE MARKETING) 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.
