I WAS ELITE MOBILE TO REFUND ME MY DEBIT ORDERS & THEY MUST STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT.THEY ARE GIVING A VERY BAD SERVICE TO VODACOM CUSTOMERS.

Good day I ctook a contract for Vodacom through Elite mobile that was doing sales for Vodacom for a laptop.The sales guy advised that the amount will be R200,to my surprice Vodacom is deducting & Elite mobile is deducting.When I call Vodacom thay say I must contact Elite mobile,I call Elite Mobile in August they the guy who answered advised that it is a once off amount for sales,to my surprise they debited my account x2 in Sepember.I called them I spoke to Shalomy who advised that she will investigate why they debited my account for something that I don`t even know.She never revert back to me but I received a cancellation message while she was on the phone with me.In October month they went & debit my account account.I called spoke to Mandla on th e21/10 he promised that they will refund me,nothing happened.I called again spoke to Shalomy who promised to revert back to me ,she adv that a refund was requested but nothing is happening.They don`t communicate & I was to know why the keep on debiting my account even whn I cancelled their services
