I want my refunds for almost three years from Elite Mobile!!!

Good day This is in connection with my last review . I see that the deductions has stopped, however this has been deducting off my account for possibly the last three years. You offered me a phone contract and it got declined but still charged me for services rendered which posed no relevance as the contract was declined. Please I want that possibly three years of monies refunded to my account immediately. This is recognized as *****. If not resolved I will take it further.
