I want my number activated!!!!!!

I cant get a hild of your people at the office, my phone number has been of for a month now, just after receiving a sms that I have asked for a sum swap, my sim swap was done in november,with in 2min after that sms my nr was off ,ALSO after phone your offices every F#@*ng day for almost 2 weeks to get that done!!!!!! NOW this is the 2 December that I was without my cell phone nr, there is now word to describe how I feel about elite modble! Im sorry but im going public with this now!!! Kind regards Anita Geyser
