I just want my sim card

After an extremely bad exp with the above mentioned company, i decided to cancel my contract and pay the cancellation fee. I was promised 4 weeks ago that the replacement Sim card will be delivered in 2 weeks (which i paid for as well).<br> I'm tired of them and all i want is to receive my Sim card and that's it. Their call centre agents promise the world and deliver nothing. My concern is that my current Sim card can at anytime shut off and i will be without my number of which all my business and banking is done. This does not seem to bother them. Every time I request to speak to a manager they put me on hold then the call drops or they are always in a meeting. <br> I just want my Sim card is that so much to ask for. Suggestion please don't use this company, its been a nightmare of a time as their client. <br> i need this resolved today
