I DO NOT WANT THIS PHONE-FALSE INFORMATION

A guy by the name of Sabelo called me from Elite Mobile offering me a contract with Vodacom. He first offered me the Vodafone Tab, I advised him that I don’t not want that. Does he have a Samsung Galaxy J2 or 5? He said he will call me back because he needs to speak to his supervisor first. He then called back offering me the J1 2016 Edition. He did not at all advise me that it was a mini. When I received a call from Ram couriers they advised me that I will get an sms stating when I will get my J1 mini. I told the lady I spoke to that the guy did not mention anything about the mini, so she advised me when I get the package not to open it in order for it to come back. So I thought maybe when I do get my phone it will be the correct one. Today I receive the phone and guess what it is a Mini. I called Elite Mobile to fetch the phone because I do not want it. If I get Debits go of my bank for this phone, I will take this further because this is not what I was advised on. Please resolve this issue because I am very ****ed off by this. What type of sales agents do you guys have that lie to their customers, don’t they know people will take them up.
