Highly Disgusted

Shocking service! non existent customer care. I was contacted by Elite Mobile to upgrade my Vodacom contracts, this by the was was done a few months ago don't they have record of this?? I spoke to agent not sure of name who had to call the floor manager to assist as I wanted to cancel 3 of my data contracts. Floyd was his name most unhelpful person I have ever dealt with and did not assist with my request at all, he even proceeded to disconnect my call - Well Done Floyd customer service par excellence NOT!!
